Hi and welcome to my Supaw page.

My hoomans call me Faro. I'm a black labrador and a service dog (SuPAW Hero) to my brother Ciarán.

You can find out more about me, where I came from and what I do for my big brother above!

I was born in Croatia, my home is with Silver Rehabilitation Centre in Zagreb. As a puppy I was brought to Dublin as an exchange as part of the Assistance Dogs International training programme.

My original name was Fererro until some Irish person couldnt spell it and changed it to Faro!

When I was old enough I was in a foster home in Dublin and taken away for training regularly.

When I wasnt being trained I enjoyed getting up to mischief especially around the Christmas period. Fairy lights are fun to play with!

More than a year and a half after my training and my advanced training in Cork I met Jen, my new Mammy.

I was then brought back to Dublin to meet my older brother Ciarán who I would be responsible to keeping safe.

This is now my forever home.

Changing the world for my Autistic friend.

Dont let the sad eyes fool you. I'm a SuPAW hero dog.

As an Assistance Dog I'm trained to the highest international standards and am globally accredited with Assistance Dogs International.

Its taken me 2 years to look this good and behave so well.
